Historically, members have been of African American descent, however, because of diversity, the composition of our membership is now diverse in race, ethnicity, religion, areas of legal practice, and political views. Nonetheless, the historic mission remains. The Cunningham Bar Association welcomes all persons meeting the following requirements to become a member of our Bar Association:

To become a full member an applicant must meet the following requirements:

1) Be a Florida Bar member in good standing or a member of any other state bar in good standing

2) Reside or practice law in the State of Florida

3) Subscribe to the Cunningham Bar Association’s objectives

Law Student Membership are open to individuals who are currently pursuing a law degree or graduates not yet admitted to a state bar and who reside in Palm Beach County.
